No item will be shipped until it is paid for in full. If you are paying by cheque or money order we will wait for your payment to clear before shipping your item to you.
If there is a problem with your purchase please contact us within 3 days of receipt to notify us of the problem. If you do not notify us within that period we can not help you.
All refunds will be made in the form of a store credit. We do not under any circumstances refund any shipping charges.
